Raleigh readies for Mothers Day brunch

Raleigh families will have a chance to partake in a Mother Day’s Brunch next month, put together by NC Vibes, an organization that hosts a variety of events for Raleigh.

The brunch will give families an opportunity to show their appreciation for the mothers in their lives. The event will be set up as a buffet, and entrants will have access to a full meal that includes starters, mains, and dessert. The menu is diverse, with a mix of vegetables, grains, red and white meats, and seafood. If guests would like a drink, there is also a bar that serves bottomless mimosas for an additional fee.

Each mother will also receive a free bouquet at the event. Guests can also purchase additional flower crowns at checkout.

The event will follow the state’s COVID-19 policies. All participants will be expected to maintain social distancing and practice safe hygiene during the event.

The brunch will take place on May 9 between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Guests will find it at the Sheraton Hotel on 421 Salisbury Street. Banner printing is often used at this type of events to direct guests to the buffet area. Tickets are $95 for general admission and $50 for children ages 4 to 13. Flower crowns are $30 each for those interested in buying one.
