Raleigh couples invited to wedding show
Couples who are planning a wedding in the Raleigh area may want to make sure they secure their passes for an upcoming show that will be on offer at a local venue.
The Merrimon-Wynne House has set the date for its quarterly wedding showcase, which will be filled with everything a bride or groom may need to prepare for their nuptials. Tickets are $25.00 each, and those on the guest list will have access to some of the city’s top event vendors.
The function will feature the opportunity to meet with professionals ranging from chefs, catering companies and bakers to bridal stores, florists, print shops and companies in the hospitality trade. Those who are interested have been asked to reserve a specific time slot, as this will make it easier for the food service providers to plan for the day.
While the ticket holders for the activity meet with the various vendors, view the displays and sample cakes and other food, they will be doing a good turn for others. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Ripe for Revival, which is a not for profit group that tackles food insecurity at a grassroots level.
