Major star to perform in Raleigh

One of music's biggest stars is on the way to Raleigh, for a single performance.

Michael Bublé will appear at Raleigh's PNC Arena soon. Canadian-born Bublé is a singer/songwriter who has won a Grammy Award in the process of selling more than thirty million records around the world. Bublé has made his mark in the fields of jazz, easy listening, pop rock, swing, and similar genres, rather than heavy metal, rap, or hard rock, and has sometimes been described as having a “Sinatra” style.

Bublé's grandfather encouraged him to sing, and he was performing in clubs by the time he was 16. He released his first album, “Michael Bublé,” in 2003. The album went to the top ten in the UK and Canada, but his real breakthrough came later. In 2005, he released the “It's Time” album, and followed it up with “Call Me Irresponsible” in 2007. The latter hit the number one spot in charts all over the world—the Australian ARIA Albums Chart, the US Billboard 200, the UK Albums Chart, the Canadian Albums Chart, and several more in Europe.

One review of a live performance said the reviewer had been dreaming of seeing Bublé live for years, and:

“was not disappointed at all. The show, beginning to end, was spectacular. The vocals, performance, and atmosphere was [sic] stunning.”

Bublé's concert is set for March 20, with doors opening at 8.00 pm. Poster printing if often used to publicize events like this.
