Magician Grant Freeman started to learn magic when he was in the seventh grade, with professional, local magicians as his teachers. With that as a springboard, he went on to learn from some of the world's greatest magicians, and pursued magic as a career. Freeman quickly became well known to other magicians as an up-and-coming performer, and began appearing on television, as well as receiving professional bookings.
He is also a comedian, and put together his gift for comedy with his love of magic to create his current act, “An R-Rated Magic Show.” The performance reflects the more than ten years Freeman has as both a comedian and a magician, and allows Freeman to show off his antics, tricks, and mastery of magic at the same time as he demonstrates his comedy chops. The show is funny, raunchy, and packed with surprises.
A review of one of Freeman's recent shows says:
“The show was entertaining, not raunchy but adult. It’s a nice date night activity and it lasted an appropriate amount of time. I had fun and laughed quite a few times.”
The fun is scheduled for October 2, at 8:00 pm, at the Fletcher Opera Theater in Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts. The doors open at 7:00 pm. Poster printing can be used to create stunning advertisements for events of this type.
