Susan G. Komen Charlotte is set to have a new sponsor—International Minute Press of Pineville & Uptown Charlotte (IMP).
IMP will providing in-kind donations of its many custom printing services and professional marketing services. This is part of the efforts of the company to support health-related causes in the regional and local area.
According to vice president for IMP, Dan Haggerty, this is part of the company’s culture of giving back to the community. International Minute Press/Minuteman Press regional vice president, David Walton, added that Haggerty is passionate about the community, and the partnership of IMP with Komen Charlotte is another example of how IMP wants to help others.
Director of marketing for Komen Charlotte, Lynda Anello, commented that International Minute Press is more than a standard local Print shop. IMP has contributed exciting and innovative marketing ideas, which have included a personalized Direct Mail campaign with excellent response rates.
IMP is also involved in the Race Marketing Committee. The Race for the Cure, which takes place every year, will be on Saturday, October 3 at Marshall Park. The money raised from this event goes to providing funding for breast health screenings, diagnostics, education, and treatment support services to people in the 13 counties served in the area.
