Pineville Parks and Recreation department has invited one and all to head to the community's Town Hall lawn for a special event that will kick off the 2025 winter holiday season.
The city has set the date for its Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, and all ages are on the guestlist. The organizers have put together a schedule filled with activities for kids and adults, and it runs for one-and-a-half hours.
People who stop by the venue can snack on s’mores and cups of hot chocolate. Weather permitting, there will be fun and photo ops in the falling snow. The kids can go for a ride on the train, and everyone can drop by the craft tent. A candy cane hunt and other entertainment will put a smile on everyone’s face. Santa will be on hand to add an extra touch of magic to the experience.
Communities of all sizes may have Santa-themed events to offer this holiday season, and they may call for custom decor. Companies that perform graphic design can offer this service in-house, along with banner printing and other work to make the most of the occasion.
Pineville Parks and Recreation has scheduled its Christmas Tree Lighting for Thursday, December 4. It will run from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm at Town Hall Lane, 505 Main Street in Pineville.
