While the next summer season may be several months away, eager Pineville parents can now make a note of the dates to register their child for a local camp experience.
Pineville Parks and Recreation will be opening its registration system for the area’s summer camp, and will have a weekly schedule that runs for nine sessions. Suitable for kids from first grade to 12 years of age, town residents will be offered the opportunity to sign up ahead of the crowd.
The campers in each weekly session will engage in a variety of activities, such as sports and games, making crafts, creating art, and going on field trips. The environment will be safe and supportive, and all campers will be encouraged to develop their sense of respect, responsibility, and care for others. The ability of each child will be taken into consideration by the counsellors who work with them, and the staff list will be vetted.
Attending summer camp is an experience kids often look back on fondly. Organizers can have a logo prepared by a printing services professional, and this can be added to the staff uniforms, registration Forms and Letterheads, and other marketing materials.
The registration system for Camp Pineville will open online for Pineville residents on February 2. Non-residents who took part last year may sign up starting on February 16, while everyone else must wait until March 2. The camp dates will be from June 16 to August 15.
