Pineville households looking for a way to combine cleaning out their closet with putting some extra cash in their pocket are reminded to secure their spot now in an upcoming event.
The city will soon be hosting its annual Community Yard Sale in Lake Park. It will be set up under the venue’s large picnic shelter, and the cost to book a space at the function is $10.
The sellers will be able to turn their gently used items into someone else's treasure, and set-up will take place well before its scheduled opening time for shoppers. People have just over a week to register, with Wednesday, May 1 being the final date. To add even more value to the day, any unsold items will be picked up by a charitable organization.
