A Pineville area venue that offers “drag bunches” has decided to add an additional performance to its line-up for this summer.
Back in 2009, drag artist Buff Faye first hosted a “drag brunch”, combining comedy with food and a chance for friends to get together. The decision has been made to also offer a dinner show, and it was explained in the release for the occasion that it will be the first event of its kind in the Charlotte area.
The show will feature an assortment of ticket options, and these start at $35 each. Those who would like to treat a friend to a special evening out can choose a pass that includes time up on the stage with Buff Faye, and each of these also grant the bearer a special corporate gift. Every ticket holder will receive dinner, although the cash bar and server gratuity are not included in the admission price.
Those who attend the function will be able to take satisfaction from knowing that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charities. Dish Restaurant in Historic Plaza Midwood will be the venue for the performance.
This evening of entertainment will be on offer to the public on August 7. Seating for the meal and show will be at 6:00 pm sharp.
