Pineville residents on the hunt for the job of their dreams, or who could just use an upgrade to their current employment status, have been invited to attend an event that can help to match jobseekers with businesses looking to hire.
A diverse group of companies will be participating in this fall’s Queen City Job Fair. Along with bringing employers together with potential candidates for the positions they wish to fill, it can be a good place for members of the public to learn more about the local job market and the possibilities it has to offer them.
The attendees at the expo are advised to arrive dressed in professional attire, and they have also been advised to bring along résumés, Business Cards and other items that can help them to make a strong first impression. Some of the participating companies may even be hiring on site, and their number may increase as the date for the fair draws closer.
The organizers of the Queen City Job Fair have made plans to hold the event in Carolina Place Mall in Pineville. It will be set up in the area behind the food court.
This free opportunity for jobseekers and companies to connect will be on offer on October 19. It will be opening its doors at 10:00 am.
