The Pineville Chamber of Commerce works to provide its membership with a range of support and other perks, and it has one of these scheduled for this coming August.
The group will be offering a workshop that will explore how to make the hiring process go more smoothly, and for August it will be focused on interviewing. This can help a company to keep on track with its budget by reducing staff turnover, and many of the tips shared will be actionable right away.
The activity will be an interactive event, with the registrants being given the opportunity to share their own tips. The moderator will be Julie Blum, who is a subject matter expert when it comes to the interview process. The activity will open with a meet and greet, and light refreshments will be served.
