Event planning is an industry that is “on the grow”, and a Pineville area course will equip its students with the skills needed to prepare a variety of functions.
Those who register for the Correlations Training Event Planning Certificate session that will be on offer in mid-March will walk away knowing how to craft professional level events. Its listing explained that the sector has been expanding in recent years, and both business and not for profit organizations can make good use of event planners.
The learners will be walked through a variety of real world situations, and it may be helpful to those who are new to the process as well as anyone who already has lots of experience and wants to make sure their skills are up to date. Everything from budgeting to venue selection, working with vendors, integrating technology, on site management and marketing are all on the agenda.
