Pineville adoptive parents welcomed to upcoming support series

There are many ways to build a family, and a workshop will help to answer questions that may be on the mind of those in Pineville who became parents through adoption.

Adoption Support Alliance provides a set of supports that can lead to a positive experience for both adoptive parents and adoptees alike. It will give the attendees an opportunity to discuss their concerns and tips with others who are going through the same issues, and the series include three sessions.

During the three workshops, the registrants will share their views on how to best talk to their child about their adoption story so that when it's time to head for home, they will feel confident in their ability to talk about the situation openly and honestly. The other participants will be able to provide one another with emotional support, and the fee for the series is $150.00 each.

Offering adoptive parents an opportunity to learn can help lead to positive outcomes for the whole family. Workbooks, promotional Pens, registration Forms, and Copies of handouts are just some of what Print shops often provide for an event like this.

Adoption Support Alliance has made arrangements to host its Talking to your Kids About Adoption series starting on September 13th, with subsequent classes scheduled for September 20th and 27th. The venue for these activities can be found at 1501 East 7th Street in Charlotte.
