Fayetteville is a community that boasts a vibrant community of restaurants and other food service establishments. These eateries will be strutting their stuff in an event that will bid a fond farewell to summer and a warm welcome to fall.
Festival Park will be the venue for this year’s Taste of Fayetteville afternoon, and it will be the tenth year that the function has been held. The public is invited to purchase tickets ahead of time for the celebration, and they can redeem these for samples from their choice of vendors.
Along with the samples, the attendees will be welcome to sit in on one of the presentations where local chefs will be showing off their skills in a variety of food prep and cooking demonstrations. The younger guests can head to the Kid’s Zone, while their moms and dads can enjoy a cold beer.
A selection of local radio stations will have remote booths set up at the event, and this will help to provide entertainment for the occasion. It’s free to enter the function, but the tickets must be purchased to enjoy the samples, and each tasting will cost between one and four.
