A Fayetteville horticultural event that was planned for March 2020 has been rescheduled to the fall, and it will connect the local gardening public with an assortment of national level subject matter experts.
Cumberland County Master Gardeners has put together this symposium to help gardeners keep the community looking great, and one of the main speakers who will address the crowd will be Joe Lamp’l, who is well known for his work on PBS’s “Growing a Greener World.” There will be other presenters as well, including Jason Weathington, who is a NC State/Cumberland County Extension Urban Horticulture Agent, and Kerry Ann Mendez.
Along with the line-up of speakers, the attendees will be able to bid on an assortment of items on offer in the silent auction, and there will also be vendor tables and a raffle draw. A seated lunch is included in the ticket price, and these are available at a price of $70 each.
This sort of function provides both a social and learning experience, and a company that prepares Letterheads and other custom Stationery can make it even better. It will be able to supply everything from name tags for the attendees to programs, Invitations and application Forms for vendors, and these can all be prepared at a budget-friendly price.
The Cumberland County Master Gardeners Program has invited all local green thumbs to be a part of this annual gathering. It will be held on November 7 at 1707 Owen Drive.
