Fayetteville foodies to enjoy day of donuts

A day that will delight donut lovers will help to kick off June in Fayetteville, and while the attendees enjoy sampling everything on offer, they will be supporting an initiative that feeds local kids.

The first ever Fayetteville Donut Day Festival will see lovers of this sweet treat offered a chance to sample offerings from a wide selection of local bakeries, and plenty of cold beer will be on tap as well. No Kid Hungry has been chosen to be the function’s charity of choice, and a portion of all ticket sales will be donated to the cause.

The attendees at the celebration will be invited to enjoy their fill of donuts, and to help make the function even more fun, there will be games, a photo booth and tunes spun by a local professional DJ service. At least seven makers have signed on to serve the crowd, and the organizers are hoping even more will join in the fun as the date for the celebration draws closer.

Planning an event like this often includes selecting appropriate decor, and a banner printing company will be able to help. Its graphic design team can create everything from a custom logo to signage, certificates of thanks to give to each sponsor, and a full selection of other promotional materials.

The inaugural Fayetteville Donut Day Festival is set to delight area foodies on June 5. It is scheduled to welcome ticket holders at 5435 Corporation Drive in Hope Mills.
