Fayetteville class to prepare herbal bath mixtures

Herbs can be used to make tasty teas, yet they may also be utilized to craft enhancements that can take a hot bath to the next level.

A make and take session that will be crafting herbal bath tea blends will soon be offered in Fayetteville, and it will help to get the new year off in a relaxing way.

It will be a social experience, and the facilitator will be Mallory Schroer, who is a local Therapeutic Horticulture Manager.

During the hour and a half long class, the students will discover how to put together a blend of herbs that can be used for a long soak in the tub. They will also receive tips for combating dry skin, which can be a real issue at this time of the year.

Everyone will have a chance to mix their own, and they can take their finished products home with them. Tickets start at $25 each, and anyone interested will need to sign up ahead of time.

A make and take workshop combines the fun of crafting with the excitement of learning something new in a social setting. A professional printer will have a range of marketing options available to promote an activity, including a variety of choices for flyer printing.

This chance to discover the joys of a relaxing herbal tea bath will be offered on January 19th. It is set to begin at 10:30am at Cape Fear Botanical Garden.
