Upcoming Cary festival to showcase beer, bourbon and BBQ vendors

The city of Cary will be hosting an event to celebrate what many would consider to be the finer things in life.

The event takes place at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre here in Cary. For two days, beer will be sipped, bourbon tasted, and a whole lot of barbeque eaten while attendees listen to live music, smoke cigars, and enjoy informative seminars.

The price of admission supplies attendees with a souvenir sampling glass that can be used to try out as many as they wish of the 60 beers and 40 bourbons that will be on hand. Barbeque can be purchased from one or more of the vendors. Attendees will have the opportunity to pig out on pulled pork from whole hogs, brisket, ribs, sausages, and chickens with all the ‘fixins’.

Live rock and blues music will provide a festive backdrop to the event, while exhibitors will offer a wide array of related products like BBQ accessories and hot sauces. A cigar tent will be available for those who are interested.

Flyers and Posters work well for this type of event, but since three separate sessions are being held, brochure printers may be the best bet to ensure enough room is available to avoid confusion. The event takes place August 1st-2nd.

Advanced tickets can be obtained online. Tickets are limited for each session; some are only available online in advance.
