Family-owned and Cary based CMC Hotels owns the boutique hotel, which has 45 suites. CMC developed the hotel independently from the brand and created suites that are larger than traditional ones for extended stays. The suites range in size from just over 300 to just over 400 square feet and feature full kitchens and separate spaces for living, accented by curated artwork, colorful interiors, and social spaces that add character and personality to the hotel.
COO and Principal of CMC Hotels, Sheri Erhart, said:
