New mixed-used building comes to Cary
Construction has begun on a mixed-use building of just over 28,000 square feet in size in the Wellesley Trade Lane in western Cary.
The building was designed by EarthCentric Engineering and Tim Barber of Barber Architects, the developer of the property is Beacon Properties Group, and Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate is dealing with leasing and preselling.
Featured in the building will be Class A office and medical office space that is planned to take up 16,000 sq. ft. of the building. There will also be a retail and service component, comprising 10,000 sq. ft., and it will include a restaurant with an area of 3,400 sq. ft.
The location of the new building is close to Research Triangle Park and about one mile from Interstate 540, at the corner of Highway 55 and the intersection of Green Level and High House Roads. Banner printing can be used at such sites to make the community aware of any new construction and keep them abreast of its progress.
Commercial broker for Pickett Sprouse, Jerry Gambill, commented that Cary is changing rapidly with a great deal of new traffic in the area of the property. This mean that such an area needs the right mixture of services to keep people well catered for.
The expected completion date of the construction is sometime this summer.
