New apartment project underway in Cary
The Walker Apartments, a mixed-use development, in downtown Cary is now being leased through DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk, and Lee Associates.
There will be 153 apartment units in the complex and retail stores and restaurants will occupy the commercial space with additional space allocated for offices. The development is next to a new state-of-the-art regional library and a new Downtown Park which is planned. It will feature a dog wash station, a penthouse sky lounge, and outdoor swimming pool, and billiard room, among other amenities. The apartments units will have open floor plans and high-end finishes. Flyer printing can be used to highlight the many aspects of such developments.
Academy Park Cary, LLC (APC) owns and is developing The Walker. Integrated Asset Advisors and three multigenerational families from Cary make up the partnership of APC. Cline Design Associates designed The Walker while Clancy & Theys are building it.
The lead developer for the project, Bill Zhan, said that the timing of building this project is ideal as Cary is experiencing a revitalization at this time. He added that the apartments are within walking distance of cultural icons in town, excellent dining, and the new park, which will enable residents to enjoy all that downtown Cary has to offer.
The first apartments that will be available for occupancy will be in early 2022.
