Mixed-use development to open in Cary
The long-awaited Fenton multiplex will soon be opening in Cary.
This mixed-use development is on Cary Towne Boulevard on 69 acres of land. It covers 345,000 square feet of space for shopping, dining, and entertainment and is expected to be one of the largest such projects under development in the country. It is being developed by the international real estate investment firm, Hines, along with Columbia Development of South Carolina.
Managing director at Hines, Paul Zarian, said that close to 90 percent of the retail space has been leased. Among the retailers are Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Arhaus Furniture, and Vestique Women’s Clothing. The restaurants planned for the development include Dram & Draught, a favorite of the locals; Crawford brothers Steakhouse; and CRU Food & Wine Bra and Sports & Social, which will be the largest sports bar in the Triangle at 22,000 square feet.
There will also be 200,000 square feet of office space to be known as The Offices at Fenton. The largest independent real estate brokerage in the country, Compass, will be in 8,260 square feet of space. There will also be a boutique hotel with 175 rooms and a luxury apartment community with 357 units. More information about such spaces is often outlined with flyer printing.
A soft opening is scheduled for Friday April 29 with a grand opening the weekend of June 4 and 5.
