An Egg & I franchise is on tap to open in Cary by the late summer of 2015.
The Egg & I Restaurant is a Centennial, Colorado based company with over 100 locations scattered across 20 states. The Cary location will be owned and operated by the same company that has the franchise in Chapel Hill, EggAmigo, LLC.
The Egg and I will be open weekdays from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, and on weekends from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm at its location on 1104 Ledsome Lane, in the Crossroads Plaza shopping area off of Walnut Street and across from the REI. The full service breakfast and lunch restaurant will include a 20-seat patio, and it anticipates employing around 25 associates.
The Egg & I was founded in 1987, and according to Technomic, the food industry’s leading research firm, it is the 12th fastest growing chain in the country. Moreover, among full-service restaurants, it is ranked third in growth.
According to EggAmigo General Manager Scott Harvey, the company anticipates that the new restaurant will garner the same community support as its predecessor in Chapel Hill. Before that day arrives, however, thousands of details, including getting in touch with a Stationery printer and ordering Letterheads and other paper products, must first be tended to before the doors can open.Get a Free Quote for Letterheads Get a Free Quote for Stationery
