Cary Medical Management (CMM) has acquired Managing Care Solutions (MCS), according to a late October press release.
MCS is a care management service organization offering a unique care management system. The technology and protocol of the systems will be deployed by CMM to its managed clinics to offer higher-quality and lower-cost healthcare while reducing the workload of care management providers.
Printing services are often employed to announce such acquisitions throughout the medical community with Flyers and mailers to those most affected.
Primary care practices that use MCS are afforded a comprehensive and online care management system that employs a highly standardized protocol for 35 common chronic conditions, and the logic needed to manage complex conditions. Its Smartlink Health solutions platform can be implemented quickly and easily in physician practices so that providers have the support they need to improve work-like balance and vale and patients have the needed support to improve their health.
Siu Tong, PhD, CEO and co-founder of CMM, said that MCS is a service that is crucial for its vulnerable senior patients, especially those on Medicare. Tong said that these patients often experience several chronic conditions and need help with navigating today’s healthcare system. He added that this care management system enables the assembling and funding of the team necessary to manage the care of patients remotely.
