Cary celebrates Easter with a several fun events
Easter celebrations in Cary are beginning a bit early this year, with three events that will be fun for everyone who attends.
Breakfast with the Bunny kicks off the proceedings, hosted by the Cary Teen Council and allowing the public to share breakfast with the Easter Bunny. They can also pose for pictures with him. Ticket prices are $4 for adults and $3 for children between the ages of three and nine.
Later on in the day, the 24th annual egg hunt will take place. There will be two separate hunts; one in the morning and another in the afternoon. There will be entertainment from acts such as magician Scott Shelton, appearances by the Police and Fire Departments, refreshments, and face painting.
A few days later, the 4th annual Easter Eggstravaganza for children with special needs is taking place. In addition to an egg hunt, there will be fun activities such as a bounce house, entertainment, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
Cary stationery printers may be asked to provide flyers to be distributed throughout the community to advertise these events.
All three events are taking place at Fred G. Bond Metro Park. Breakfast with the Bunny and the Egg hunt will be held on March 28 beginning at 8:30 am and the Eggstravaganza will take place on April 2 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Call 919-462-3970 for more information.
