A long-awaited barbecue franchise is finally returning to Cary.
Problems encountered by the previous owners of the Shopping Center caused the franchise to close originally but now, after two years of planning, the Red Hot & Blue franchise is reopening. The new restaurant will be returning to its previous location in the Waverly Shopping Center this month.
According to its press release, Red Hot & Blue creates all its barbecued offerings on site. An equally likely reason for conducting its “low and slow” smoking on premises could be to infuse the building, in particular the dining area, with the aroma of hickory smoked meat, thereby engaging the senses and fueling the appetite of its customers.
In addition to the restaurant’s authentic Memphis-style barbecue, other smoked items include sausage, ribs, and wings. Patrons can also select Southern-fried seafood or burgers made with fresh beef to complement the restaurant’s assortment of old-fashioned, Southern-style salads and desserts.
Along with the soon to be three locations in North Carolina, Red Hot & Blue Restaurants, Inc. boasts six locations in Texas, ten in the Washington D.C. area and one each in New Jersey and Missouri. The company is currently seeking partners to open locations throughout the country.
Hopefully, everything down to the Menus and other Stationery items ordered from the printing company will have arrived and be ready for the anticipated opening date of April 20.Get a Free Quote for Stationery Get a Free Quote for Menus
