Those interested in learning medical skills can attend a course in January offered by Child Care Resources in Missoula.
Adult/Child & Infant CPR and First Aid is a course created by Child Care Resources that teaches participants how to properly perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). The first part of the lesson will be completed online, while the second portion will be held in person. All students must Print a certificate to show they have completed the online section to be eligible for the hands-on skills session. Those who attend the classroom are expected to put on a face mask.
Child Care Resources is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help children become successful adults by enriching their learning environment. The group also assists low-income families with paying for childcare. The organization provides virtual training courses for childcare providers in Montana and hosts on-site coaching sessions at child care facilities. Groups offering lectures like this may promote their presentations with flyer printing.
The first aid course will take place on January 15 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The cost for the online portion of the class will be $20 per person, and the price for the in-person session will be $30.
