The LM39 Foundation will organize an event at the Lucas Crossing School Complex in St. Louis to help support athletic wellness.
The Athlete Mental Health Awareness Jamboree is a part of the LM39 Weekend 2025 where families can participate in fun physical activities while learning about important community resources. There will be interactive games for all ages at the jamboree, like obstacle courses and team events. Guests can also play flag football and attend expert-led discussions. Families may meet with experienced athletes and coaches during the festival to learn about mental wellness in sports.
The LM39 Foundation is a group that wishes to give student athletes the necessary tools for thriving mentally, physically, and emotionally. The organization also tries to create environments for young individuals that nurture their ambition and leadership skills. The organization's founder is Laurence Maroney, a football player who attended the University of Minnesota and Normandy High School.
The event for athlete mental health awareness will be held on Saturday, May 3 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is no cost for families to attend the resource fair or participate in the activities during the jamboree, though guests can register in advance. People can still support the LM39 Foundation by donating to its cause. Similar groups may share details about the key events on their Calendars by using Print shops to make advertisements.
