Guitarists to play live holiday show at St. Louis venue

St. Louis Classical Guitar will organize an event at The Cheshire in December that features the Gateway Guitar Quartet.

Christmas Chamber Music with the Gateway Guitar Quartet is a festive experience where guests can enjoy a live performance while tasting seasonal beverages. The venue will have a hot beverage bar with spiced apple cider and a themed drink from the Fox & Hounds. The Gateway Guitar Quartet will play seasonal favorites throughout the event and will have CDs available to purchase. The group is made up of several talented musicians, including Bob Wooldridge and Jeffrey Sieth.

St. Louis Classical Guitar is a nonprofit arts organization with the mission of promoting positive change through guitar performances and education. The group was founded in 1963 by a group taught by George C. Krick. Many programs are offered by the arts organization, such as Open Stage and Make Your Marc. The group also has master classes available for those interested in classical guitar. St. Louis Classical Guitar even hosts events like the Guitar Solo, Ensemble, and Sight-Reading Festival.

The holiday guitar performance will be held on Wednesday, December 10 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There is no fee and no registration is necessary to see the Gateway Guitar Quartet perform, and the show is open to everyone. Businesses that host seasonal performances like this may use poster printing services to create themed ads for their shows.
