St. Louis will be organizing a vegan-themed festival in August at The World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park.
The St. Louis VegFest is a community gathering where people can purchase products from vegan vendors and enjoy several activities. Many merchants will be returning to the festival, including Duchess Rose Royal Treats, Lit Life Creations, and Free Life Vegan. There will also be numerous new businesses participating in this year's event, such as The Flavored Pickle Bar and Chouteau Candle Company. Sol Asar will hold yoga sessions and Balanced Rituals will give attendees a sound bath.
Those interested in helping out with the vegan festival can become a volunteer. People can sign up to assist vendors, set up the event, and help with tearing down the festival. All volunteers will get a T-shirt for their contributions after they clock out from their shift. Shifts for participants begin at 6:00 am. The organizers will give each volunteer a lanyard and name badge to wear while at the festival. Coordinators for events like this can use printing services to make custom tees for their staff to wear.
The festival will be on Sunday, August 28th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Guests do not have to wear coverings at the fest and will be permitted to bring their dogs, although pets are not allowed to enter any of the food booths.
