A new technology center has opened in St. Louis, where experts hope to create a workforce in the Midwest ready for the technology of the future.

Tech Mahindra is in the St. Louis suburb of O'Fallon, and will help develop the latest technologies in such areas as data and analytics, big data, cloud computing, machine learning, security, artificial intelligence, automation, micro services, and blockchain. Bill Hennessy, the mayor of O'Fallon, said the city is glad to have Tech Mahindra opening its center and making a significant investment in St. Louis.
