The St. Louis Training Center will organize a multi-day training class to teach students how to use Salesforce.
Updated Salesforce Administrator Training is a course where people can learn how to manage and configure Salesforce applications.
Salesforce is a cloud-based program that helps companies connect with customers and improve internal communications. Those who complete the Salesforce course and pass the exam will receive a certification that does not expire.
Participants can choose to take the exam online if they have a reliable internet connection and a webcam. Students must score at least 65% on the test to pass.
Several topics will be covered in the class, like how to manage data in Salesforce, and creative interactive dashboards in the program. Students will be introduced to Salesforce on the first day of training, and will be taught the responsibilities of a Salesforce administrator.
Other subjects discussed in the course include user adoption best practices, and how to install apps on AppExchange. The lectures will be conducted by Salesforce-certified instructors.
The training will take place over January 29 to January 31. The cost to attend the training program is $2,749 per person, and sales for the course will end on January 17.
Organizations that put together software training courses like this may use brochure printing to create materials for their students to use in class.
