All Community Events will be organizing a charitable race through Forest Park in St. Louis on Mother’s Day.
The St. Louis Mother’s Day 5K & 10K is a competitive run that will benefit The St. Louis Regional Chapter of the ALS Association. Every finisher of the race will be given a rose and chocolate cake lollipop, and all participants in the Kids Dash will receive a ribbon. People can track their progress in the race by using the RaceJoy application. The course will take place almost entirely on the streets of Forest Park.
The St. Louis Regional Chapter of the ALS Association is a non-profit committed to combatting amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The group has served more than 720 people who have been impacted by the condition and cared for over 208 patients in the organization’s treatment center. The association has also provided 705 cases of nutritional supplements to those with ALS in 2018. Non-profits with important causes such as this can promote their mission using banner printing services.
The Mother’s Day race will be held on Sunday, May 8 from 8:30 am to 10:20 am. The cost to race in the 5K and 10K will be $60 per runner. People can also run virtually in the 5K for $50. There is no cost for children to enter the Kids Dash.
