The St. Louis Development Corporation will hold a series of workshops where people can learn about important business topics.
The Business Owners Basics (BOB) Workshops are a collection of presentations that introduce aspiring business owners to crucial concepts. Many topics are covered in the lessons, such as business banking, websites, permits, and organizational charts. There are four workshops in the series, and each in-person version of the events will take place at the Northside Economic Empowerment Center. The presentations are also offered virtually through Zoom.
The lectures will be led by Amy Yan, the founder of C Three Business Consultants. Yan worked in the technology sector for over 25 years and has earned several awards from organizations such as Feed My People, the Lemay Chamber of Commerce, and Small Business Monthly. She has also received certificates from Harris Stowe State University and Tactix. Yan was even a judge for the Washington University School of Business Olin Cup.
The next presentation in the BOB workshop series will be on Thursday, June 20th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. There will also be workshops held on September 19th and December 19th. No registration is required to attend the event. Development organizations that hold similar lectures to this may use Print shops to make educational materials that attendees can take home from the presentations.Get a Free Quote for Print
