The Stifel Theatre in St. Louis will host a comedy showcase in February that features several talented performers.
The St. Louis Comedy Festival is an event where people can hear sets from five accomplished comedians. The fest will include shows from Sommore, Bill Bellamy, Lavell Crawford, Don Curry and Tony Roberts. The featured comedians have appeared on multiple TV shows, such as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Last Comic Standing, and The Steve Harvey Show. Several of the performers also have their own comedy specials.
The Stifel Theatre is a performance venue that was constructed in 1934 as an addition to the Municipal Auditorium complex. The building has been known by several names in the past, such as The Opera House and the Peabody Opera House. Many events and performances are held here, like Dancing with the Stars Live, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live, and Shen Yun. The theatre may also be rented for weddings and corporate activities.
The comedy festival will be on Saturday, February 3 and will begin at 8:00 pm. Ticket prices will differ depending on where the seats are located in the Stifel Theatre. The price range for the show is from $59 to $125. People can pay extra to book the venue’s Loge Box seats. Performance venues that host these festivals may use banner printing to showcase their events outside.
