Sometimes called the 'Ultimate Food Experience', the 10th annual Taste of St. Louis is getting ready to tempt residents with offerings from 35 of the city's finest restaurants, along with battles between celebrity chefs, and fun for the whole family.
According to the event's website, the highly-anticipated event is about to kickoff. Voters taking part in a poll conducted by St. Louis Magazine have named this the best food-oriented event in the city for two years in a row, with free admission to many attractions, including Kid City, the Art & Wine Walk, and the Stella Artois Chef Battle Royale.
The main attraction, however, is the food, which can be purchased with cash from participating food booths located on Restaurant Row. Some booths will accept credit cards, and there are ATMs available too.
This year, something new has been added: the Bud Light Amphitheater Shows, for which a ticket is required. Appearing here are cake specialist Duff Goldman and celebrity chef Tyler Florence, as well as musical acts.
Taste of St. Louis will be presented at Chesterfield Amphitheater in Central Park & Chesterfield Village from September 19-21. Times vary from one day to the next, with full details on the website.
