Three experienced dog trainers will be offering a course in February at the Sheraton Chalet Westport in St. Louis.
Dog trainers who want to learn new strategies for teaching pets obedience skills can attend a multi-day workshop offered by Jay Jack, Larry Krohn, and Joel Silverman. Each trainer has a unique approach to working with pets and specializes in certain skills. Jack uses a play-based strategy for dog training, while Krohn utilizes training collars. Silverman can teach canines tricks and commands by breaking down their behaviors into smaller steps.
The dog training tour will visit several states, including Colorado, California, and Texas. While the show is intended for other dog trainers, non-trainers can also view the demonstrations. Trainers are allowed to bring up to three dogs to the program, depending on the type of ticket they purchase in advance. Any spouses or partners of the attending trainers may spectate the event for free. No refunds will be given for the dog training workshop.
The event will be held from Friday, February 10 to Sunday, February 12. The cost to spectate the workshop is $425 for one person or $700 for two people. Those interested in working with one of the hosting dog trainers can pay $500. The price increases if the guest brings additional dogs. Workshops like this can be advertised to consumers with flyer printing services.
