St. Louis conference to teach wealth-building strategies

Keisha Mabry will be organizing an informative conference about finance at Hillman Hall in St. Louis.

Friendsgiving is an event where people can learn about financial freedom in a friendly environment. Three panels will be held throughout the day on topics such as What's Preventing Wealth, Protecting & Transferring Wealth, and Pathways to Wealth. The conference will begin with an introductory presentation by Adam Layne, the treasurer for the city of St Louis. Breaks will be held between each panel, and guests can network during the end of the event.

Several professional speakers will attend the conference, such as Wednesday Brown, Tim Eleby, and Myrina Otey. Moderators include KeAnna Daniels, Sabrina McField, and the event organizer Keisha Mabry. Lunch is included in the experience and will be provided by JR Gourmet. No breakfast will be served, though attendees can purchase coffee and empanadas at the onsite eatery. All ages can come to the event, though the conference is intended for those who are college-aged and older.

The discussions will be held on Friday, November 11 from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm. Doors to the conference will open at 9:15 am. Tickets to Friendsgiving can be purchased for $97 per person. Participants are asked to park at the venue's East End Parking Garage. Organizations in charge of public seminars like this may use flyer printing to interest locals in attending the event.
