St. Louis cafe to offer lesson in coffee

Blueprint Coffee in St. Louis will give a class in December and January about the process of turning coffee beans into the much-loved beverage.

Seed to Cupping is an informative program where students can discover how coffee seeds are grown and eventually processed into beans that are used for coffee beverages.

The course also gives people a look into how Blueprint Coffee builds relationships with coffee farmers. Participants will get to sample and evaluate coffee at the workshop. The instructor will cover the typical language used when describing coffee, and introduce students to different coffee processing methods.
