Camp Rainbow will hold its annual Turkey Golf Tournament, and Chesterfield Parks will be hosting its annual Chesterfield Turkey Trot at the end of the month.
The Camp Rainbow Turkey Golf Tournament will be a fundraiser providing free camping experiences for families with children battling cancer or other blood-related diseases. The day will include raffles, food and golf. Players, no matter what their skill level, can enjoy hole-in-one competitions, and tournament-style play.
The Turkey Golf Tournament will take place November 24th from noon to 3:00 pm at Topgolf, 16851 Outer 40 Road.
On November 28th, local runners will be flocking to the 25th Annual Chesterfield Turkey Trot Run/Walk, put on by Chesterfield Parks.
Registration for the 5k is $35 until November 27th and $40 on race day, and $15 for the Kids Fun Run. Race shirts are guaranteed to those registering before November 10th.
Large racing events like this often have the event's Logo Design printed on event T-Shirts at local Print shops.
Awards for the 5k will go to overall female and male winners and to top three finishers in eight age categories.
Race packets will be available at Dick's Sporting Goods, 64 Thf Boulevard, Tuesday November 26th for 11:00 am to 7:30 pm and Wednesday, November 27th from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and November 28th beginning at 7:30 at the race site.
The 25th Annual Chesterfield Turkey Trot will take place at the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex, 17925 N Outer 40 Road beginning at 8:30 am.
