Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its Holiday Festival and Luncheon 2025 in early December.
Along with the luncheon, The Holiday Festival and Luncheon 2025 will feature a vendor market and a silent auction. Guests may take part in a wine pull. A wine pull is a fundraising opportunity where organizers collect bottles of wine donated by local businesses, clubs and individuals. The wines range from high-end vintages to budget-friendly, bagged or wrapped to hide the labels and placed in an eye-catching display. For a fixed amount of money, participants choose a bottle not knowing its value.
Guests are encouraged to bring Business Cards and use the time not only to celebrate the season but as a networking opportunity.
Admission will be $50 for non-members and $45 for Chesterfield Regional Chamber members.
Vendor $150 sponsorships will include one admission ticket and one table, and the $250 Mistletoe sponsors will receive two admission tickets, one table and logo inclusion. The $500 Candy Cane sponsors will receive one table with six admission tickets, logo inclusion and company information included on either the holiday drink, Santa gifts, wine pull or holiday stockings. The $1000 Gingerbread Sponsor will receive eight admission tickets, a table, logo inclusion and company information on all goody Bags. All sponsors will be donating items for the raffle.
Holiday Festival and Luncheon will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 16625 Swingley Ridge Road, December 17th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
