Chesterfield golfers can get outdoors and enjoy a day of on the course when the Chesterfield Regional Chamber of Commerce hosts its 31st Annual Spring Golf Tournament toward the end of April.
The event will feature a shotgun start with a four-person scramble and a “best-ball” format. Morning 8:00 am and afternoon 2:00 pm tee times will be available.
Appetizers, cocktails, and a buffet dinner will greet the golfers after play. There will also be a silent auction and raffle drawing at the award’s ceremony in the clubhouse. Guests are advised to bring their own lawn chairs.
Golfers will receive goodie Bags filled with Promotional Products such as promotional Pens, coupons, and discounts supplied by local businesses. Prizes will be awarded for longest drive, closest to the pin, and putting contest.
Registration will begin at 8:00 am and includes cart, green fees, box lunches during play, beverages and dinner buffet. Individual registration is $200, foursomes are $780, and foursomes plus hole sponsorships are $1,000. Pink ball challenges with a 50/50 payout are $25, and teams can buy two mulligans (free shots) for $20 (limited to a total of eight), and 50/50 payout Skins games for $50. Hole sponsorships without a team are $250.
The 31st Annual Spring Golf Tournament will take place Monday, April 26 at the Persimmon Woods Golf Club, 6401 Weldon Spring Road, Weldon.
