Two charity events have been scheduled for here in Chesterfield over the next couple of months.
Chesterfield Athletic Club will host its annual Rally for a Cause, a fundraiser for Moxie’s Mission, an organization that funds service dogs for first responders.
From 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm, guests may check in, purchase raffle tickets, and check out the items that will be available in the silent auction. Between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm, tennis pros will be holding drills and games, and from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, appetizers will be served with a cash bar. Match play will run from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests are to bring their own rackets. Tickets are $75 per player.
Rally for a Cause will take place Saturday, September 30 at the Chesterfield Athletic Club, 16625 Swingley Ridge Road.
The 2023 St. Louis Walk for Childhood Apraxia will not only be a fundraiser but an opportunity for family members, parents, and professionals to connect and raise awareness for this speech disorder.
Registration will be free, and participants raising $50 or more will receive T-Shirts sporting the 2023 Walk for Apraxia graphic design. Apraxia kids will receive free shirts.
The 2023 St. Louis Walk for Apraxia will take place from 9:00 am to noon on Saturday, October 21st at 15025 Faust Park.
