The 20th Annual Chesterfield Turkey Trot will get everyone ready for their Thanksgiving feast.
The 5K will be for all ages. The course will be on a 3.1-mile loop starting on Chesterfield Parkway, continuing around Chesterfield Mall and back along the parkway.
Registration fees will be $20 through October 31, $25 until November 27 and $35 on November 28. Those runners that register before November 10th will receive long sleeve T-Shirts sporting the event graphic design. Awards will be given to the some of the top finishers in the categories of their age and gender.
The Kids Fun Run will be for the little ones of nine years old or younger. The course for this run will be at the Chesterfield Amphitheater, 631 Veterans Place Drive. These runners will also receive long-sleeved T-shirts if they sign up before November 10. Fees will be $10. All children will get participating medals when they cross the finish line.
Packets for both races can be picked up at Dick’s Sporting Goods on November 26 from noon until 8:00 pm and on November 27 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Packets can also be acquitted at 7:30 am on race day at the Chesterfield Amphitheater.
The Turkey Trot will be Thanksgiving morning, November 28, with the trot set to start at 8:30 am.
