Taste of St. Louis will be coming to Chesterfield. The three-day event will be free and organizers tout it as being “the ultimate food experience.”
Restaurant Row will have over 30 local restaurants offering their regular meals and adding two ‘Taste Bites’ to their Menus. This will allow patrons to experience many different types of cuisine. Some of those participating establishments will be the Walnut Grill, Joe Boccardi’s and Straub’s.
The Stella Artois Culinary Stage will be presenting its annual culinary competition. Eight regional top chefs will be competing for three days in seven categories. Judges will be culinary sponsors, celebrities, and national and local food experts.
The Marketplace will have local and national businesses presenting their products and services. Many will be passing out Promotional Products, coupons and other freebies. Trader Joe’s, Nathan’s Famous Hotdogs, and Vess Soda will be giving away free samples. Mid-American Chevy Dealers will be displaying cars, and Ford will have its Ford Experience Tour.
Fashion shows and free concerts will be presented on the Music Stage. The Kids’ Kitchen will have ‘Cooking with STEAM’. This will be activities associated with the STEAM initiative (Science, Technology Engineering, Art and Math.)
Taste of St. Louis will be September 15 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, September 16th from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm and Sunday, September 17 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Chesterfield Amphitheater, 631 Veterans Place Drive, Chesterfield.
