Chesterfield Summer Concerts continue over next two months

The July and August lineups for the Chesterfield Summer Concerts have been announced.

Over 50,000 local families and friends are expected to attend the series, which has been presented in Faust Park for over 32 years.

This year, attendees can buy popcorn, snacks, candy and beverages at the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce’s concession stand, or at local food trucks Papa Murphy’s, S’more of That, Stickman Watermelon Co., and Kona Ice. Other food trucks change for each concert. For example, the trucks on site on July 9 will be Seoul Taco and Walnut Grill, while July 16 will offer food from Sugarfire, and Stackhouse will be there on July 23.

Kids can be entertained in the Commerce Bank Kid’s Zone before the performances. The zone will have face painting, rock wall climbing, laser tag, balloon twisting, and the Bubble Bus.

The lineup for July will be Everyday People on the 9th, Fanfare on the 16th, Abbey Road Warriors on the 23rd and Trilogy on July 30th.

August will see Scott Laytham and Karl Holmes on the 6th and Billy Peek on the 13th.

Towns that have concerts like these often have photographers take pictures during the events to include in the town's tourist guide brochure printing.

The concerts will be free at Faust County Park, 15185 Olive Boulevard. All will run from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
