Nesquik and St. Luke’s Hospital have teamed up to present their 18th Chesterfield Turkey Trot 5K and 1K Kids Fun Run.
The 3.1-mile 5K run will be a loop course around Chesterfield Mall, and will go along the Chesterfield Parkway. The first 2,500 runners to pre-register will receive long sleeve T-Shirts, while the top three overall male and female finishers in each age group will receive awards. Age groups will range from 12 years and under to 70+.
Kids nine years old and younger can run the 0.62 mile Kids Fun Run loop course that will start at Veterans Place Drive. After Fun Run, the first boy and girl finishers will get trophies, and all kids will get participation medals. The first 250 kids to preregister will receive T-Shirts.
Family members will be taking pictures of the winners for their 2018 family Calendars and some will use the prints for future poster printing.
The Turkey Trot will begin at the Chesterfield Amphitheater, 631 Veterans Place Drive, Thursday, November 23. The 5K will begin at 8:30 am and the 1K Kids’ Fun Run will start at 9:30 am.
Packets may be picked up either at 291 Chesterfield Center Food Court on November 21 from noon until 8:00 pm, and again on November 22 from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, or at Chesterfield Amphitheater starting at 7:00 am on race day.
