The Chesterfield Regional Chamber of Commerce will be holding its 23rd Annual Gumbo Flats Pumpkin Run in mid-October. The event will feature a 5k, 10k, and Children's Fun Run.
Registration for the 5k is $35 until race day, when it will go up to $40, For the 10k, registration will be $40 until race day when it will go up to $45. The half-mile Children's Fun Run for kids under the age of 11 will be cost $15. Swag will include black long-sleeved tech shirts sporting the event's Pumpkin Run Logo Design, race bibs, and swag Bags.
Awards will be given to top overall finishers and to the first, second, and third place finishers in each age category in both the 5k and the 10k races. Proceeds will go to Assistance League of St. Louis and to the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce.
Race packets will be available on Thursday, October 17 and Friday, October 18 at the Ambassador mid-West Floor, and beginning at 6:30 am on Saturday, October 19 at the site.
Ten sponsorships levels from $500 to $3,500 are available. All levels will have volunteer opportunities, public thanks, and business logo design on the Chamber website, marketing materials, and yard signage. Business logos must be submitted to organizers before the event banner printing gets underway.
The race will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am beginning at 161 Long Road, the intersection of Long Road and Edison Avenue in Chesterfield Towne Center, on Saturday, October 19.
