The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce is reminding everybody to get reservations for New Year’s Eve Celebration as soon as possible.
The event will have an upscale Black and Gold Glam theme. The evening will include a buffet beginning with appetizers of shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, cheeses and fruit served at 7:00 pm and proceeding on to the main buffet which will be served from 7:30 until 9:30 pm. Some items on the buffet will be beef tenderloin, tilapia, chicken breast, salads, and artisan breads. Gourmet desserts will be available at the desert station and coffee, tea, and water will be at the beverage station. At midnight, everyone can nosh on gourmet sliders and pizzas.
Garden Party will be the house band and everyone will be invited to dance. Garden Party is a five-member band side project of members of the Butch Wax & The Hollywood band playing country, oldies, country rock, and music from greats such as The Eagles, Vince Gill, and CCR. The group also reverts back to the Butch Wax song list during performances.
The evening will end with fireworks over Lake Aspen and a champagne toast to greet the New Year.

The New Year’s Eve Celebration is slated for Monday, December 31 from 7:00 pm until 1:00 am at the Innsbrook Resort Aspen Center, 1 Aspen Circle, Innsbrook, and will be open to the public.
