Chesterfield bands go head-to-head
Many Chesterfield bands will be competing in this year's Battle of The Bands coming in September.
Every Wednesday during September, local bands will be preforming on an outdoor stage for the chance to compete in the 2025 Battle of the Bands Championship taking place on the last Wednesday.
Votes will be based on the money raised from the vote tickets accumulated for the night's local nonprofit. The non-profit on September 3rd will be Friends of Kids with Cancer, September 10th will be CHADS Coalition for Mental Health, and September 17th will be Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
On September 24th the bands that have received the most "votes" will perform once again to have the audience decide the 2025 Band of the Year.
Vote tickets to each night will be $5, with a limit of 10 per guest, and tickets may be purchased with credit card or cash.
The venue's tenants such as Hi-Pointe Drive-in, It's Sugar, and Napoli Bros Pizza and Pasta, will be selling food and beverages while Yhands and Arch Nemesis will be selling local brews.
Supporters of nonprofits like the ones being showcased at these events often have flyer printing done beforehand to get the word out for their charity fundraisers.
